my parents computer is fucking slow lately..so i guess they need to clean it up a little

what is the best free programme that can do that? (cleaning, cookies, spyware, etc)

can you guys give a good website where i can download something, without registering somewhere etc.

tools like that (regcleaners and stuff) usually do more harm than good.
