anyone have a nice link for it? all I could find on google was 1 link which is downloading @ 1kb/s for liek 20 mins.

I still have a question about it tho - does it really work ?
just to clarify this isn't like netlimiter or shit, it's for cutting your neighbors inet when you're sharing it so you get all the speed
