Justify that. Because actually ET hadn't be the same without Clanbase. And that's meant in a postive way.

CB is doing their best but they just need to have a look at their justice-decisions.
Shy/Keran/Pro5 are treatened with an advantage over junk52/perfo if you look back at the facts.
This was caused due to 'a lack of time' according to the CB-admins. Forcing a ban through only takes 10 mins, so I don't think that's such a great amount of time, isn't it? I do understand that they do this as volunteers but this doesn't justify the fact that one person should be treatened otherwise.
They just need to get their standards right, and this time they should do it better, and at least more fair.

That's true. Clanbase faults were that they didn't force the anti-cheat-movement. They started too late, after an initiative of the "cheatbusters". And they have really to increase the speed of the progress of the ban. But they have to begin sometimes. Otherwise, every banned cheater would whine again and again, about the way Clanbase has done it in the case before him.

Then they just have to have a relook at their rules and maybe adjust some of them. For example that they force the bans through according to the importance of a war; for example if the person is playing in Eurocup, they should take him before some random nexus'er in a pub server.
They did this with perfo but not with Keran, and that's what's makes them look stupid, they just made them look even more unable to deal with bans.
They just have to make a set of rules, right now, and they should be equal to everyone, no exceptions of no kind.
