Reset clanbase EC and all other tournaments and allso reset the worldcup and et-cup and unban everybody so we can start over again

Nahh, clear the banlist..
make a database of all players playing in competive way..
if Someone get caught, kick him out the database..
Don't let anyone new in, recruit a guy who can make a clear
decision about new players in or out.
