No sound v24

My sound for things like youtube n myspace doesn't work. I think its everything that uses Adobe Flash that wont work. Everything else works fine and its fucking annoying.

Any bright ideas?

ive tried the obvious, think its some setting somewhere as it used to work about a week a go and it doesn't now
