1day cups

there's so many so i dunno, but any 1 day cups that need a signup bot via irc ..
i.e. !addclan [email] [lineup] + !list to show all clans signed up or something, pm me on irc @ #sub 8>

Also with admin controls to delete and edit teams and validation to stop spam and more than one person signing up.

those 1-day-cups should be named better, not like 1-cup, 1-day-cup, et-cup etc
