What is ur hardest bench press ?
I stick at ~100 kg, i am too light atm (65kg & 19yrs old). Need more protein : )

+ i go gym like every 3rd-4th month (sometimes not even that often)
Last winter I were 88kg and I pressed 110kg :|
Now I've been inactive :)

How many protein/creatine/gainer do you eat per day?
-100-150g protein + 50g 100% protein isolate after training
-I just ended with creatine for 1 month but i start again soon (min. 5 g day)
-min. 300g ch per day + massgainer
but its in pounds ;P
and i dont really do records, i just do 110 x 12 times ;<

at 65 kg u need lots and lots of steds my boy your too light to ever show any kind of muscle definition as your all skin and bones. eat more and take some deca for a few months.
