What is ur hardest bench press ?
I stick at ~100 kg, i am too light atm (65kg & 19yrs old). Need more protein : )

no my spine is twisted from the beginning of it, or something like that (i dont know the medical word for that :P) but by a machine i use only 60kg (7 * 10 / 60kg).
and no i havent tried max :)

When I was 15 and weight 62 I pressed 90kg

Last winter I were 88kg and I pressed 110kg :|

Now I've been inactive :)

jeh you are right if you see this picture, but the reality is other. It depends on pose. I wouldnt say about myself i am not as proud of my back and my arm as my pecs : )

at 65 kg u need lots and lots of steds my boy your too light to ever show any kind of muscle definition as your all skin and bones. eat more and take some deca for a few months.

yeah this can happen but that tends to be from over usage and people not taking the counter steds i.e idiots. i was taking some tablets once and on the packet it read : can cause instant death :O

tested once about 2 years ago, got 105kg, others were liek wtfpwnzor?!? and no, i havent trained that ever!

i did somethin about 95 but there was a friend behind me, making me sure that it wond fall on me... I think i would press much less with no one standing behind me...

well i played fooball for more than 10 years but 1 year ago i stopped that and i started to go to the schools's gym (really a small room nothing special) but now I started to go a real gym foo half year. I work almost on all muscles per weeks.
