need help @ lagometer

I get these big yellow spikes, they cause me 250 ping

these spikes go upwards and sometimes i also have blue spikes going down and this also causes fps lag so it is fucking unplayable

help plz

just go in et play on server and then look in your taskmanager if there is any task except et which need much ram or % of cpu

Your internet provider?

As morfine just mentioned, the one is your internet the other is server. You can also get lagspikes from anti virus' but I use nod32 and it's fine for me..

Its not ur lagometer but ur internet (yellow) / server (blue)maybe there is some1 downloading ??

what i fear the most is the fps-drops and also it now takes longer to load maps
