well, uninstall your q4 and reinstall it.
enter a key (if you want same one as before) and after it is installed, install patch 1.3 and disable your internet connection. then start the game and enjoy. as soon as q4 can establish a connection to the internet, it will reask you for an original cdkey, so ensure you have the connection cut ;)
