well, higher resolution = sharper movie...
i just thought its a little bit unsharp if i watch it in fullscreen, maybe you can try to render it in 1280x720 to compare that one with the 800x512 one.. but its harder to compress with higher resolution, since there is a bigger pic, that causes a higher filesize :/
