alsa hack for et on linux :o

This is a hackish implementation of an alsa sound system for enemy territory, that I just found by chance.
I tested it and seems to work fine, and I guess this stuff could solve audio problems for many linux users :D

Yeah, plus I found out the audio has some delay, and you get a [???] in /cheaters output

The real problem for me is running ET at the same time with Teamspeak or Ventrilo. Running ET over Alsa/OSS wrapper causes sound delays.
