ET problemm

Hi, I tryed to join a server on ET after playing 2 days of QW, and i cant play ET.

im getting in the server, after some seconds the image stuck, the sound repeat itself, and after more few seconds i get that window

any suggestion? should i delete QW, or reinstall ET?

edit: sorry for the bad image, its just for show u the error message

edit2: i got kicked by md5tool, and its not a hack
