i reinstalled ET
i want to join a server;

game code (ui_mp_x86.dll) failed pure server check

how to fix it.. the one with a serious answer will get a ETQuakewars key

It means that your file "ui_mp_x86.dll" isn't the same as on the server. Try to reinstall ET on a separated folder.

Type ui_mp_x86.dll in Google.
Somewhere you can download it and replace it.
It worked for me a while ago.
You can also ask a friend for that file, and then replace it.

download a new version of et, and install it, some downloads might be corrupt, so..
