If you are manager of real they expect you to win every cup you participate and be good friends with everyone on club. That's the only way to continue managing there for more than 1 or 2 seasons.

For a club as Real Madrid you have to be playing for CL and league. But Real Madrid went out of the CL quite fast.

Real Madrid wants a manager who could give them both, CL and the league. Or atleast Semi-final CL and League.
