Can't change my mouserate

I just got a new mouse (finally), and I'm trying to change my mouse hertz.
I'm using the UsbRate by RaZel program, but it doesn't allow me to change the hertz, because "The system cannot be patched".

Any suggestions to fix this, or any other ways to change the hertz?

Strengths: Left and Right Buttons are made all in one piece that covers the entire mouse, giving a click the nice clean feel. Color scheme, and rubber edges giving a better grip.
Weaknesses: Only 125hz mouse rate by USB, which is very disappointing. I like the right-hand design only, but it feels to big like you should palm the mouse instead of holding it with your fingertips.

Thanks, I'll try :)

read some stuff saying it can only do 125hz? Maybe its a usb 2.0 device and you need drivers to change the mouserate, but then it should be working at 500hz by default afaik?

Maybe you can use rewrite the inf file for g5 and get it detected as a G5 and use the setpoint drivers to increase the mouserate? Tbh, i think you are fucked :P Why did you choose that mouse anyway? shape looks kinda weird and noob

Also try to use an old mosue and see what mouserate your usb is working at and compare with mx400
