et:qw invisibility bug :D

so basically, at times (not always), people's models won't appear :x i'll just see a gun floating around mid-air shooting at me, it's fucking annoying, like, if i put my crosshair over it, the character is recognised, but the model isn't drawn :| any ideas? :(
