Sniping ²

I'd like to learn how to snipe, but I wouldn't have a clue where to start learning properly.
Everyone can camp and shoot the thing but how to use it better, and close up etc?

well first, know commands how to make less recoil (Ex. com_maxfps 43) and just start practising.
