ime1.1a + qpad+ hyperglides

Howdy,

I've recently applied hyperglides over the top of ime1.1a mousefeet as per hyperglide instructions. The only problem is that the mouse now skips on the silver bits pointing into the centre:

However if you push down on the mouse to bring it closer to the surface of the pad, it doesn't skip which suggests that the extra height added by the skates is causing the problem.

So, the question is, has anyone else had this problem? Do you apply hyperglides (on the MS mice) by replacing the original feet or, as per instructions, put them over the top?

Any help would be appreciated.

Try to remove the original feet, if u did already i dont know what to do. Maybe try paint the silver part on your pad : )

I thought that'd be the case, however the hyperglide site said that they go on top :F I've still got another set of feet so I guess I'll use those if no one else comes up with an idea.

don't use hyperglides ?

my 1.1a never skipped on my old QPAD and it doesn't now on my QcK

The Hyperglides for my Diamondback had the same shape as the original mouse feet, so I removed the original feet, of course.

Razer's original glides are usually pretty fucking good and I don't understand why would you want to fuck them up

Who needs all those expensive mouse bs. just get a pad for 5e somewhere and a proper mouse and u are done.
