splinter cell problem (german, english, swissgerman)

well i installed splinter cell: double agent, started it and it looked very strange, actually, everything was invisible somehow.
now, with installed patch, it looks like this:

anybody has an idea how to fix this?
i use core2duo e6600, 8800 GTX, 2 gb ram.
