1. Cause Portugal didn't have a finalist.
3. Was one of the candidates to organize the n7w.
4. Safety place (9th country more safe in the World).
2. Have +2000 beds per km2.
3. GMT hour (England too, but they had Stonehenge), maybe Sahara had the infrastructures to organize this?
4. New stadium with +40000 seats.
5. Experience in Expo'98 and Euro'04.

PS. All money goes to rebuild Buddha's from Afghanistan destroyed by the Taliban's.
