headset sound boost

I got this logitech headset, windows volume etc. is at its loudest. But it is too low, is there any way I can boost this? (I got no software or whatsoever)

maybe one side of the headphones arent working or something like that cause I dont see how it could still be too silent

My ears kaputt when I turn to loudest :)
