in 10mins or sth im going to get my girl from work =].

but, right now. im going to smoke my last sigarette =[ i will quit smoking for health problems, and ofc. the army condition and general health test =[

yes, i spend like 30(days)x 1 pack x 3.20 (euro) on sigarettes =[ if i wouldnt smoke, i could like buy a car now or sth =P

yes, with eace, at weekends, most of the time (friday, saturdag) i do 1,5 or 2 a day

you better should stop with your girlfriend. it's much easier to stop then. and do not stop suddenly with smoking, 'cause that won't work. smoke less & less. still less ... 10,5 ,3 cigarettes a day, and suddenly: 0 cigarettes a day ..
suddenly stopping with smoke won't work

might be :P but im sure that if i will quit it, for a couple days without smokin ill feel much better. and if i will train for army test ill be in "topvorm"

the body is very fast clean of the shit but not the brain -.-' so it's better u smoke ur last cigarret and stop then! (i think:>)

ur lung will need arround 25 years to regenerate :< (depens on how much and how many years u smoked)

It's better to quit right out instead of reducing the number of cigs you smoke. If you could smoke a few each day you wouldn't be addicted in the first place.
