Problems with the F keys on my keyboard

At the moment I have all my classes under the F buttons, from F5 to F9. When I press F8 and or F9 my pc freezes up and tries to go to desktop. Its almost like going small screen and I 999.

I have only just recently started having these problems, up until a few weeks ago it was fine! I have not changed my cfg or any other settings.

Anyone got any ideas?

I have been using them for years, and they are in the perfect position!
