Need a config for a lowskilled computer (1.20 Ghz / 192 MB ram / noob video card), to get 76 fps at all maps. dont care about graphics, as long as you can make many headshots with great acc's. thanks in advance.

but you will never get 76fps on ALL maps. the 1on1 maps yes, braundorf maybe, others not. have the same hardware like you, just a littl bit more ram.
1,2 Ghz and a tiny little shit of a RAM is not enough imo :<<<
put it on , don't do anything with it..
(it gives my laptop +500 fps if i want to)
Check the specs of my pc in my profile. I have an average fps of ~35.
