what u have to do if u need to download via torrent is : download some kind of torrent ( utorrent , bittorrent , etc.... ) download a file ( about few kb) which allows u to dowload what u want ( try to find what u want @ www.torrentspy.org ). When u open the file by torrent program its beggining downloading .

once that proggy is installed use a site for the torrentz
i use http://www.torrentz.com
- search for the file u want
- d/l the tiny file from the website
and it will then direct the program to open and download what you had searched 2 download
it may start slow but it WILL speed up

Then open a torrent search site like www.torrentz.com or www.torrentspy.com
download the .torrent file and open it with utorrent
If you use opera, the bt client is already built in and just download like all files
