hamachi !!!

hey ppl, i can't play age of empires 3 anymore with hamachi. it all worked fine some time ago but now i patched to 1.11 but when i click on my friends game it doens't do anything!!!
help plz, must play it :<

i dunno if it's because of the patch, i just patched it because there was a client conflict :<
do you know how to unpatch?

you have to delete hamachi and isntall the old one

old setups refuse to overwrite new ones (i found out when i wanted to play flatout 2 :[ )

Hi, I'm playing age 1.11 and warchiefs 1.03
are you using the reloaded version ( 3 age cds for install ) ??

you can't use the newest hamachi anymore or you won't see each other in the lobby, the old stable version is Hamachi 1.0.1.1 (875 KB) which you can find here:

maybe you used a crack in the past and did the update overwrite it?
( I don't use a patch though )

hi, i'm not playing warchiefs, i'm playing with the simple aoe3 version 1.11, but it isn't working anymore..when i'm hosting a match and my friend wanna connect he can see my game but can't join..it's like you klick on it and do "join game" but nothing is happening...there is nothing like there is a client mismatch or something :<

when it was working i was playing with version 1.01 or something and with a pretty old hamachi version, (which i was using today too when i tried the game)...and it worked very well!

i'm also not using daemon tools and no no-cd crack

i think they maybe patched something in the game so you can't play with hamachi anymore or something, so i think i have to unpatch the game back to version 1.01!

anyway i haven't tried your hamachi client yet, but i will do it tomorrow, i thank you for your help and if you have any other ideas or suggestions let me know because i tried it the whole day to get it work and nothing helped me :<

try to connect to the hamachi IP ingame if the clicking doesn't work, you should be able to join if there's no mismatch...

I suggest you try my hamachi version.
1.11 works fine for me.

you must be using a crack if your not using daemon tools to mount the startup cd?

they haven't patched anything against hamachi


you can always go back to 1.01 ofcourse

hey due to the fact that you are online and i need a fast answer, is it possible that:
i have aoe3:warchiefs, my friend has only aoe3, can we still play aoe3 together?

no you can't ;p

edit : i thought it was possible to boot up the normal aoe3 so you should be able to play the normal version against him

if you also install warchiefs you can choose which "game" you load, you can still start aoe or warchiefs

so if you want to play with the other guy, just boot aoe

if you wanna play warchiefs, just start warchiefs

it's seperated so it's no problem
