any ideas?
How often does it do this where all these processes use so much memory and are you doing anything before/at the time that may cause it?
I dont do anything in particular, just the usual browsing the net, playing et. etc. its happens once a night aprox.
also the rookit picked these two
HKLM\Security\Policy\Secrets\SAC* Key name contains embedded nulls

googled it and apparently there fine. but some1 who has had these have also had wowexe.exe.
It basically sounds like you have a bit of spyware on your computer, as this increased memory usage only occurs when you do certain things at certain times. If there was something wrong with your memory it would be more random than that.
