Need server config *UPDATE*

I'm looking for a decent server config for a LAN I run every tuesday. I'm reinstalling ET on all the computers with the ET Pack provided from here, so all I need now is a config

Limited to 1 soldier per team
Limted to 1 rifle grenade
25000 rate forced
100 max packets forced (does these even make much difference @ LAN? )

Got the configs in but it's telling me 'config voting has been disabled' but I can't find the command to allow config voting.
Can anyone help?

yep, just add a new cmd:
command "sv_cvar cl_maxpackets EQ 100"

Where do I put the server cfg? ETMain or ETPro folder? :>

Or inside the /config folder

You can tell how experienced I am with servers :D
