I just bought a Razer copperhead and exact mouse.

any suggestions about what sens i can use(drivers and in-game)
cos suddenly i cant track a low------------------------ .... k was lying d mouse is too sensitive

Notch everything down until it's too low, and then go up bit by bit until you find something you're comfortable with.

you can bind m_pitch to the key you use to throw the nade so it gets higher when u have nade and lower with the other stuff

hmm gd idea but when i decrease y-axis (m_pitch) its difficult for throwing a nade. maybe i should set m_pitches for every button ?
