It's obviously the same for America / outside the EU, cause it asks for a password. Americans wont magically have the password. Now if it would give you a msg that you are from Europe and can't enter, it would be more belivable.
Maybe i'm horribly wrong and it is possible to make it ask a password when it sees you are from Europe, but why would they? Easier woulda been just to write 'You're from europe, lul'
