playing on public

well at old times it was a great fun, without any serious gameplay to go a public server. but now i am simply angry when i do my best and i rly feel the game etc but some random guy pwn me anytime...when i spec them they have loads of HS and 50+ acc... cheating kills the game coz i have no money for it.
