Steelpad 5L + wax

So here's the thing. I was drunk few days ago and I accidentally dropped a candle on my steelpad.. and now I have wax all over my pad and I don't know how to get it off.
Does anyone have an idea on how to get it off? :x I really don't want to buy a new pad.

x A handkerchief
Put your Steelpad on the floor and place the handkerchief on the spots where the wax is...Take the flatiron and iron the handkerchief, the wax will be liquid again! The handkerchief will absorb the liquid wax now, and your Steelpad is clean (again)...
I Hope you understand what I mean, I'm pretty tired :'D
