As far as I know CB or whatever admins said that all cvar warnings before <date> will be ignored, if you got one after <date>, GTFO.

the fact he hasnt changed his pbguid since he got kicked from telenet for doing sol_respawn 1 and that he was using nick chmpp@sol_respawn 1 already tells how he obviously did it on purpose and isnt trying to hide it.
