I get 48 ping stable anywhere and get this message just type reconnect untill it comes up

somehow i cannot connect to the bio server anymore - when connecting it says:
Awaiting challenge 1
*wait 10 seconds*
and i get a popup:
Server is for low pings only
this happened when i changed some certain things in my config, though i made a backup of it before adding new cvars. what could cause this problem?
btw - i ping very low, cant be that

/timescale 100;reconnect
doesn't work, keeps saying awaiting challenge. I can continue clicking reconnect on the poup for 30 mins wont get in
reconnect, if this wont work, check ur ul/dl?!
net_noudp is 0?
