It seems now that Lunatic will be allowed to play as Tosspot simply poor wording on Tosspots behalf.

It seems that the rule : "Players who are currently banned by Clanbase for cheating are not welcome to signup" Actually means : "Players who are currently banned by Clanbase for cheating are not welcome to play"

Which means that u can signup if u have a ban now, allowing lunatic to sign up. I find this weird, but dont we all make mistakes...

his ban will be remove before cdc3 will start, then what is the problem to sign :(

personally, i find it makes more sense this way. however, it's not really correct fixing the rule with such convenient timing. on the other hand i'm rly looking forward to seeing kreaturen play, and i can only hope that, at least, the rule won't change again

The rules shouldnt have been worded the way I worded them as the way i'm interpretting them isnt the literal meaning of the words, I debated changing the wording when i saw the whine in the post but that would have just looked too dodgy.

Lunatic is clean and is a very nice player, but rulles are rulles! It makes me remember something like "U are unkown, u cant! But if u are my friend, i can let u play! ", and its very sad see something like this from a admin of a big cup.

afaik every other people in the same situation have been not allowed to signup but rules have never been for everyone :}

I dont know about the LANs you run, but in the LANs I run there has never been a situation like this where CB have halved a players ban after he signed up.

I mean't that there have been other players wanting to go who have been banned now but will be unbanned before the event and they haven't been allowed to go.
Lun4tic is allowed to go so I see clear special treatment.
That's all, I'm not whining n' stuff, it's your LAN and you manage it the way you see best. I just wanted to answer this

he tested a hack in public he got banned for 6 months and they changed it to 3 months just becuase they felt like.. even mine suppose to be a3 months becuase it's simply was a stupid mistake and took you 2 years till i got my punishment
