My FPS are suckin like he since some weeks its like i got my stable fps the whole time but as soon some sounds are played like "CP CONSTRUCTED" or smth else they go to 30 for about 2 secs. Also sometimes infight when 2 MP40's are shooting at the same time.
It doesent depend on my soundcard coz i tried it with my onboard and my PCI soundcard.
I heard there is a command for change the RAM which is used for Sounds in ET could this be the problem?

jesus how hard can it be to test that? make a new profile or exec another cfg and see if it still happens

tried (re)installing latest audio drivers? because if it happens with every config you already know it isn't related to com_soundmegs or any other cvar

press ctrl alt del and close the pnkbstra.exe and b.exe

i allready deleted them from system32, deleted them out of the service list, so the wont run anymore.

also had shit fps lately so i bought new gfx pci-e, motherboard, dual core cpu with 775 socket, and when my new ram also arrives 2mz and i bootup pc i think it will be fixed

try that
