Which is the command to lower the vertical sensitivity of your mouse?

And what is the lowest it can be?

Is it banned?

If you have a razer mouse, logitech might have this aswell, you can alter the vertical pitch in your driver control panel - You can make it much lower with this method and as far as I know you are not breaking any rules, although it is frowned upon.

What's the deal with minus sensitivity?

-0.015 / 0.015

Are they the same? Inverted?

No it doesn't, only values between -0.015 and 0.015 are disabled

I played for years with lower m_pitch but i feel better the default.

In north American config, you can have 0, I tried, it's impossible to play.
