Sony Vegas - Error Message

I'm trying to render a trailer via Sony Vegas, after 60% is done I always get a strange error message...
I have like 80gb left and I have full acces to the folder...

maybe the trailer exceeds the 80 gb?

60% is done and I have still like 56gb, so it should be enough for the another 40% :o/

could also be damaged ram. So the error occures while writing/reading from ram

Noone thought to ask that the hard drive is FAT32? You silly nabs.

(18:16:17) (+virtej) uv-Max- it's FAT32 (D), (C) is NTFS, but I haven't got enough space @ C, that's why I use D-partition

FAT32 can't hold files higher than 4Gb or something, so virtual has to format the hard drive so that it's NTFS
