you need to update that version to 1.43
download cpma 1.43 and extract it over the old version, inside the c:\games\quake3\cpma folder

Its just a newer version, most notable change is the rocket knockback beeing 12,5 % bigger (afaik)

Just use the latest version so you can connect to any server :)
