it's very easy mate, just download a little program like bitcomet(.com), azareus or something similar and open the .torrent file with that program

there are many websites where you can download torrents:

www.torrentspy.com
www.thepiratebay.org
www.torrentportal.com
www.isohunt.com
etc etc

a seeder is an uploader and a leecher is someone who is downloading
so the more seeders the better and the less leechers the better (for higher speed)
