looks good, but id make the button a bit brighter and make the pushed one look like they are now

Yo all,
Me and raztih together are making a drawing board for a client's website, and we'd like to know your opinion on the looks so far. It's almoast done, it needs some finishing touches, some button icons, the draw board text on top, but other than that it's done.
Please tell your honost opinion, since it's for big money!

When you hold your mouse over the buttons, they light up a bit and are a bit more contrasted, if you click 'em, they get a bevel.

how big is the money in numbers?
four numbers ;) (and yeh, I'm only 17 years old, so that's a lot for me!!)
how long do you work on it yet/how much time will it take overall?
on this part of the project, WE worked all day, but the other projects we'll try working the coming days ;)
