if reigning all the world was what hitlers would have been aiming for in the end, he most likely would have needed more allied nations or other groups to support him, and apart from that, the german defeat 60 years ago wasnt as close as people tend to say it was i suppose.
considering "winning the war" just as hitlers expansion towards the east (russia) and all his violations towards jews and other minorities were hidden secret, he might have had success, with help from the u.s., although its very arguable whether he had stopped after reaching his target of invading russia.
