How to decrypt a pw (dutch)

Hi niggers,

My sis has protected her pc with a password. Guess what, she forgot it -.-.
I already tried to get logged on with the admin, via safe mode. It didnt help ;<

Dutch :

Dus, mijn zus heeft een pw op haar pc gezet. Ze is dommer dan mijn hond, dus ze is he tvergeten. Hoe kan ik daar terug op, want ik heb geen zin om voor de 43545 keer te formatteren.

Make a new admin account and reset her password nP

e.g.
Start -> Run -> cmd
net user [username] [password] /add
net localgroup administrators [username] /add

If not I'm sure Irongeek would have some 'How to' guides on his website.
