yo guys it's cool that such a lot of ppl subscribed fot this event..
this shows that there is a big interest turning around the LANs events and around Crossfire community.

just a thing..
why there are no qualifier for Quake 3 CPM tournament?
It is not a bit unfair for the players ruled out? :S

dunno.. maybe i'm wrong, it's just an observation

Because the CPM invites are glaringly obvious and it'd be a waste of time with scorelines of 40 - -6.

Qualifiers aren't a tournament, and it's frustrating to see people treat them as such. The last LAN we had people sign up with the sole intention of only playing the qualifiers - what's the point?

the point is that probably (i don't know the cpma community) the selections have been made on names only.

but as you say idd there could not be any valuable player without any known name.. and he doesn't even has the right to try.. right?

it's a bit pathetic...

like in the ET tournament every team who signed up is soooo skilled and MUST have the chance to qualify for the tournament... pls
