at least on the old vent (2.1.x) you have to go some /rcon commands in the chat window.. think there's a button for it on new vent

dont you just right click on channel name, go into banlist and delete ? v2.3

ehm.. I think a list with commands come upwhen you type /rcon *pass*
if not it's probably banlist unban whatever
