First of all this is part of :
Spyware Doctor Service, sdCoreService, "C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\swdsvc.exe"
Since you are running over 51 running proc. which are most likely accessing memory all the time mr.smart ass spyware doctor is scanning every entry xD
Turn some thing off - i think you don't need every single program running
USE services.msc and msconfig to turn those off, you aren't doing anything at all and half of your memory is in use gg.
