well i was kinda the same way in real life like in the school (till now) after the 11th class I saw that some guys/girls got better grades then me because of "asslicking" and well also kinda not saying there opinion. That was one of my faults why i don't got so good grades as the others, and now i decided to just keep my mouth closed and don't say anything to the Mr or Mrs. godfather of teaching :X

and the result of this is --> Better grades and a "better" harmony between the teacher and me :X but you only know the truth that is is just fake :(

EDIT: but it take quite long to learn this ;) for yourself mate :D

well.. i did it the other way around. i started to annoy my teachers @ 9 class. before that i was like the super nice schoolboy n stuff. i just got bored off all the shit :D

btw i got a new achievment :p
