I went to V-Fest yesterday and it was aboslutely amazing! I havent been to a music concert in a long time and never a festival but after yesterday me and my mates are talking about glastonbury!
Who was good?
Snow Patrol & Foo Fighters were the best, we were also right down the front for these two so it was really ace, but they were brilliant live. The Editors were surprisingly good, and dare I say...Pink was actually not awful. Babyshambles was good pete doherty was throwing beer back into the crowd, and Paolo Ntini was bloody awful.
Whoever runs vfest must be making an absolute tonne, tickets were £65 each plus £3.10 a beer. I spent £130 in one day :( But it was worth it! :D
Only missed the killers would have loved to have seen them, and a big shame that Arctic Monkeys werent doing V this year :(

Saw Babyshambles at glasto and they are always good live.
Only my point of view but glasto cannot be beaten by any festival, just the atmosphere is epic and i am deffo going to the next glasto.
EDIT| Only one prob with glasto is the lineups are too damn good! Anyone who has been will know how alot of the top bands play at the same time so you have to miss some bands you want to see. But then again alot of the nobodys are really good, jazz world etc.
£140 for glasto afiak and you can take you own beer! Not like crappy V and carling.
