Microphone problem

My friend's got a problem with his mic.

He uses headphones + mic but when he talks @ vent there's echo present and he's unable to get rid of it also there's a weird "beeeeeeep" (not the kind of beep you hear when "play key clicks" is enabled) sound present when he's talking.

My head's gonna explode soon, help plz :<

Why? Because I don't lie. My friend came "back" after 1.5 years of inactivity and found out there's something wrong with the mic and I offered him the help he deserves. You've got a problem with that? No? Ok!


NOTE:
I can be crazy enough to give you the IP of my vent so you can personally check out who's mic is fucked up, m'kaaaay?
