if you get "sorta stable" on certain parts of the maps and a couple drops here and there on other parts of the map then you can pretty much asume your CPU isn't up to the task.
The vidcard is able to pump out 125 stable imo, that's not the issue, it's most likely the cpu since ET is quite cpu intensive as you probably know.
this is z case. will overclocking help? i have a big ass zellman fan on it
100 @ action
make sure you use a high-fps config
btw you are leet now ppl think you tax
But hey, let's be constructive: Install Linux.
PS. Ubuntu has been praised as being the most user-friendly Linux distribution, though I have no experience with it myself.
Edit: Hell, you can even use that otherwise useless 'CruiseControl' button as a normal button now.
(While I know that a problem like this could easily be tracked down in Gentoo, I'm always hesitant to recommend it...)
i could run around on supply with ~800 fps on full public ^^
hdd's are full?
try to overclock your cpu? et needs cpu power!
get new gpu drivers, could give u +20% or +30% fps
used space 38.9
what means clean pc?
if i overclock cpu from 3.0 to 3.2 my ram goes from pc2 4300 to pc2 3200
gfx driver version is 77.77
btw i have win xp sp2 x64
i got asus p5n-e
and i can choose "linked" or "unlinked"
i just have
auto
manual
profile
i would not higher frequency of the ram or higher the vcore :P
